Woodland Estates is an exclusive, privately owned, over 55 community. Woodland Estates will feature 40 beautifully crafted, manufactured homes set on 17.6 acres of natural woodlands in the north Central Massachusetts city of Fitchburg.

Skyline Vermont is the select builder for all the homes in the Woodland Estate community. Skyline's manufactured homes are recognized for the excellence of their construction, the high quality of their building materials, and the efficiency of their production methods. Woodland Estates will prepare all the home sites for the arrival of the manufactured homes and oversee the installation at every site. This collaboration ensures high quality home construction along with a quick turnaround time.

While your adult community home is being constructed in a climate-controlled environment at Skyline Vermont, foundation and utility work will take place on site at Woodland Estates. When the manufacturing process is complete, your home will be transported to the site and quickly assembled, insuring minimal weather exposure.

Skyline's homes are built to federal building standards, which regulate the design, construction, structural durability, transportability, fire resistance and energy efficiency of each home. They also prescribe performance standards for the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. In-plant inspectors as well as independent agencies inspect your home on behalf of federal, state and local governments for code compliance.
