The Developer

JoAnne Hamberg is a long time resident of Lunenburg MA. She is excited to develop Woodland Estates, an active lifestyle community geared towards people age 55 and older.

JoAnne has been active in the Real Estate market for over 25 years, with a Real Estate broker's license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. During this time JoAnne has specialized in marketing and selling manufactured homes.

Creating a community of solid quality built homes in a private country setting has been one of her career dreams. JoAnne said "I have worked in many 55+ plus communities over the years and I have found that the majority of my clients were looking for more than what is currently available in our area". "That is why I have designed Woodland Estates with single level homes featuring a 1 or 2 car garage, and an abundance of storage, and additional services, such as lawn care and snow removal.

"Our goal is to create a community designed to provide the carefree atmosphere to give our residents the time to enjoy life and or take care of all the things that are important to them".

The Manufacturer

Skyline Vermont is the select builder for all the homes at Woodland Estates community. Skyline's manufactured homes are recognized for the excellent of their construction, the high quality of their building materials, and the efficiency of their production methods. Woodland Estates will prepare all the home sites for the arrival of the home and oversee the installation at every site. This collaboration ensures high quality home construction along with a quick turnaround time. While your home is being constructed in a climate environment, foundation and utility work will take place on site at Woodland Estates. When the manufacturing process is complete, your home will be transported to the site and quickly assembled, insuring minimal weather exposure.

Skyline's homes are built to federal building standards, which regulate the design, construction, structural durability, transportability, fire resistance and energy efficiency of each home.

Dufrense & Sons Enterprise

Dufrense & Sons Enterprise of Townsend, MA have been selected to do some of the work at Woodland Estates. Dufrense & Sons Enterprise will begin construction by extending the public sewerage down Rindge Rd, approximately 2,250 ft", to the entrance of Woodland Estates.

George Dufrense, the owner of Dufrense & Sons, has dedicated his entire career to working in construction, first working for his family business and then as the business owner of that same family business since 1992. Along with George Dufrense, Devin Dufrense, George Dufrense, Jr., Matt Mulllgan and Josh Vandell will be working on the Woodland Estates project.

George's vast knowledge of the construction business and the array of equipment that he brings to this project, will be an asset to the development of our community.
